Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Invelope AI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: such as your name, email address, and credentials you provide when you register or sign in.
- Content and usage: information you submit or generate in the product (for example campaign content, lead lists where applicable), and technical or usage data such as device type, browser, approximate region, and log data.
- Third-party connections: if you connect Google or other providers, we receive tokens and profile identifiers needed to operate the integration, strictly according to the permissions you grant. For Gmail and other Google user data, our use and limited use obligations are described below.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including AI-assisted features you enable).
- Authenticate you, secure accounts, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with you about the Services, including transactional messages and (where allowed) product updates.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. Google user data
If you connect a Google account, we only request the Google OAuth scopes shown to you at connection time, and we use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that require that access (for example sending or reading email on your behalf when you explicitly use those features). We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Gmail content for serving ads. Access is limited to personnel or systems that need it to operate the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contracts that require appropriate security and use limitations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy or notice to you.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as security, backups, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account or certain data where applicable; some information may persist in backups for a limited time.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
If you access the Services from outside the country where we operate servers, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the developer or support email shown on our Google Cloud OAuth consent screen for this application, or through support channels provided inside the product when you are logged in.
